Attendants professionally trained to handle your motoring predicaments man the state-of-the-art ICE PAC alarm center round-the-clock.
Towing
If an accident or serious mechanical trouble renders your car immobile, ICE PAC could tow your vehicle to the nearest repair facility. ICE PAC will cover towing expenses of up to P3,000 (equivalent to towing a vehicle over a distance of approximately 50 km.). Towing within Metro Manila is absolutely free!

Accident Assistance
When you are involved in an accident and no traffic enforcer or policeman is on hand to help you sort things out with the other party, the ICE PAC alarm center could help you get in touch with the nearest police precinct.
On-site Minor Repairs
ICE PAC can do minor repairs on-site such as changing flat tires, boosting dead batteries, and delivering fuel. ICE PAC can even help you when you lock your car keys inside your vehicle.
Travel Assistance
ICE PAC will shoulder up to P1,000 for travel cost back to your home or shoulder up to P2,000 for renting a substitute vehicle to bring you to your original destination in case your vehicle encounters problems during an out of town trip and repairs could not be completed within 48 hours.*
Hotel Accommodations
You can avail of a hotel accommodation allowance of P2,000 for one night if your vehicle breaks down during an out of town trip and it can not be repaired on the same day.*
*These benefits may be availed of when the breakdown occurs at least 25 km away from your residence.
Accident Kit
Involvement in a collision is a driver’s worst nightmare. When an accident does happen, the P.A.C. accident kit will guide you through this nerve-wracking experience.

You may enroll any four-wheeled vehicle in good running condition as long as it is NOT:
· Used for public transport,
· For hire,
· Used for motor sports and other contests

Your P.A.C. membership will be activated one (1) week from date of submission/payment. New member’s kit will arrive one (1) to two (2) weeks from date of submission / payment.
